The honeycomb panels are indicated in cases where divisions of great resistance and durability are required, with a very low associated weight, which can be about 1/3 of the conventiona lsystem.

They are adequate for inside divisions of Class C or similar ones in conventional ships, fordivisions in general, without classification rules in warships, especially in fast ships.

These panels are supplied with aluminum honeycomb 60 kg/m3, with aluminum plate of stainlesssteel (0.8 /0.7 mm) these indicated specially for wet areas, toilet divisions etc. The system is validfor bulkhead and ceiling divisions, and the necessary profile is included for fitting. The standardthickness of divisions is of 20mm for bulkheads and 25 mm for ceilings.
